Dawn Whiteford is our Customer Care Representative. She has been in this role since August of 2020. Prior to this, she was a multi-site Community Manager for three Senior Communities in the Greater Cincinnati Area. She has over 15 years of experience in property management and enjoys helping people find solutions to their problems and supporting our on-site team members.
